Non Invalidation Clause
It is hereby agreed that this insurance shall not be invalidated by:
- Any change of occupancy or increase of risks taking place in the property insured without the Insured’s knowledge, advise the Insurers and pay any additional premium that may be required from the date of such increase of risks.
- Workmen on the premises for the purpose of effecting repairs minor alterations or general maintenance purposes and than like.
