Loss Notification Clause
Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, it is agreed that his insurance will not be prejudiced by any inadvertent delay errors or omissions in notifying the insurers of any circumstances or events giving rise of likely to give rise to a claim under this Policy.
