All Other Contents Clause
It is noted and agreed that this Policy extends to include:
- Money and stamps not otherwise specifically insured for an amount not exceeding in the aggregate Rp 10,000,000.
- Documents, manuscripts and business books but only for the value of the materials as stationery, together with the cost of clerical labour expended in writing up, and not for the value to the insured of the information contained therein and for an amount not exceeding in the aggregate Rp 10,000,000.
- Computer system records but only for the value of the materials together with the cost of clerical labour and computer time expended in reproducing such records (excluding any expenses in connection with the production of information to be recorded therein) and not for the value to the insured of the information contained therein for an amount not exceeding in the aggregate Rp 10,000,000.
- Patterns, moulds, models, plans and designs, for an amount not exceeding in the aggregate Rp 10,000,000.
- Employees pedal cycles, clothing, tools and other personal effects for an amount not exceeding Rp 500,000 in respect of any one employee.
Klausul Semua Isi Lainnya
Dengan ini dicatat dan disetujui bahwa Polis ini diperluas mencakup:
- Uang, perangko dan meterai yang tidak secara khusus disebutkan, untuk suatu jumlah keseluruhan tidak melebihi Rp 10.000.000.
- Dokumen-dokumen, naskah-naskah dan buku-buku usaha tetapi hanya untuk nilai bahan-bahan sebagai peralatan tulis menulis, termasuk biaya pegawai untuk menulisnya kembali dan bukan nilai informasi yang dikandung didalamnya menurut penilaian Tertanggung, untuk suatu jumlah keseluruhan tidak melebihi Rp 10.000.000.
- Catatan Sistem Komputer, tetapi hanya nilai dari pada bahan-bahannya termasuk biaya-biaya pekerjaan dan waktu yang diperlukan untuk mengerjakannya kembali dengan komputer (tidak termasuk biaya-biaya yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan menghasilkan informasi untuk dicatat di dalamnya) dan bukan nilai informasi yang dikandung didalamnya menurut penilaian Tertanggung, untuk suatu jumlah secara keseluruhan tidak melebihi Rp 10,000,000.
- Pola-pola, Cetakan, model, rencana dan maket untuk suatu jumlah secara keseluruhan tidak melebihi Rp 10,000,000.
- Sepeda roda dua, pakaian, peralatan atau barang-barang milik perorangan para pegawai untuk suatu jumlah tidak melebihi Rp 500,000 untuk setiap pegawai.
